As the President and founder of Vermont Ski Tours, Pete Campana is a pioneer and a legend in East Coast skiing. 

Pete is a New Jersey native who began organizing ski bus trips out of his father’s bar, Caesar’s Tavern in Westville, NJ. His first official trip took place on March 1, 1968, followed by a trip to Killington, VT the very next weekend.  As Pete celebrates his 60 consecutive winters running ski trips, he is still fueled by the same passion for skiing that started it all.

Pete's wife Marggy is a 4th grade school teacher in South Jersey. When he’s not on the mountain, Pete enjoys spending time at the Jersey Shore and being with his grandsons.

Fun Fact:  An avid boxer, Pete once hosted a boxing exhibition with Muhammad Ali in Camden, NJ in 1971.

Peter M. Campana is the oldest son of VST founder Pete Campana and grew up skiing at Killington, where his father taught him to ski on the Snowshed slope. He is a graduate of Boston College, where he spent four years as a member of the nationally ranked varsity sailing team. 

Professionally, Peter works as an investment management attorney and is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars. Peter obtained his MBA from Villanova University, his JD from Delaware Law School, and his LLM from Georgetown Law.  In 2023, Peter was the recipient of the  Thomas Bradbury Chetwood, S.J. Prize from Georgetown University Law Center for achieving the highest academic average in the LL.M. for Securities & Financial Regulation program graduating class of 2023.

In his free time, he enjoys being with his wife and their two young sons. 

Fran Campana is the youngest son of VST founder Pete Campana. When he’s not skiing, he works in the technology sector and is a certified member of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT). During the summer months, Fran serves as Chief of the Long Beach Township Beach Patrol, the second-largest beach patrol in the United States. 

Fran is a graduate of Seton Hall University and holds graduate certificates from  Columbia University in applied data science and Villanova University in information systems.  

He is also a champion rower and enjoys spending time with his rescue husky, Arwyn. 

Greg Molesan is VST’s most tenured coordinator, bringing over 40 years of experience to the team. A retired school teacher from South Jersey, Greg also founded Aqua Pools, a long-standing pool service company. His creativity extends to the ski world as the inventor of the Pole‑Loc, a ski pole anti‑theft device.

Greg spends every winter weekend on the slopes, whether carving turns in Vermont or chasing deep powder in the Rocky Mountains.

Dr. Christopher Oswald, known to everyone as Tiger, is the nephew of VST founder Pete Campana and has been coordinating Vermont Ski Tours trips for more than 30 years. He first learned to ski in high school on VST trips to Killington, where his passion for the sport began. Today, Tiger runs a successful chiropractic practice in Medford, NJ.

Tiger was born and raised in South Jersey and studied pre-med at West Virginia University and Rowan University, after graduating from Camden Catholic High School. He received his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic.

When he’s not on the slopes, he can usually be found enjoying Long Beach Island. Tiger is also an avid fan of the Rolling Stones, Villanova basketball, and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Tim Caulfield is the nephew of VST President & Founder Pete Campana and the brother of fellow coordinator Trip Caulfield. He recently completed his rookie season with Vermont Ski Tours. Outside of skiing, Tim works as a CPA at a Big Four accounting firm. He enjoys spending time on Long Beach Island, where he swims, surfs, and previously served as a lifeguard. A Philadelphia native and proud Penn State graduate, Tim is an enthusiastic Phillies and Eagles fan. He also has a golden doodle named Piper.
