Vermont Ski Tours (VST) provides packaged ski vacations that include transportation, lodging, lift tickets, meals, and related services. All travel arrangements are made in good faith based on information provided by hotels, ski resorts, transportation companies, and other third‑party partners. VST is not responsible for changes in availability, weather conditions, resort operations, or any circumstances beyond our direct control. All participants travel at their own risk and are expected to follow the rules, policies, and safety guidelines of each resort, hotel, and transportation provider.
VST is domiciled in the State of New Jersey as Vermont Ski Tours, LLC.
VST acts solely as a tour organizer and coordinator. We do not own or operate the buses, hotels, restaurants, or ski resorts used on our trips. As such:
Vermont Ski Tours requires a $400 group deposit to reserve a charter bus weekend. A $100 per‑person payment is due 30 days before departure, and the remaining balance and final rooming list are due 15 days before the trip. There are no refunds within 30 days of the group’s departure.
These policies ensure that hotels, ski resorts, and transportation providers can guarantee space, staffing, and group rates for your trip. Because VST packages rely on contracted group inventory, late cancellations cannot be refunded once the 30‑day window begins.
Ski resorts may modify lift operations, terrain access, or snowmaking due to weather, safety, or operational needs. VST cannot guarantee snow conditions, open terrain, or resort amenities. In the event of severe weather, road closures, or mechanical issues:
All transportation is provided by licensed, insured motorcoach companies. By joining a VST trip, participants agree to:
VST is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or driver‑mandated rest periods. If a bus becomes disabled, the carrier will make commercially reasonable efforts to repair the bus or dispatch a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
VST trips are group events. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all:
Lift tickets, rentals, and lessons included in VST packages are subject to the policies of each resort. Unless otherwise stated in writing, lost lift tickets cannot be replaced or refunded. Participants must follow all resort safety rules, including the Responsibility Code and terrain‑park guidelines.
In the event of illness or injury:
VST may take photos or videos during trips for promotional use. By participating, travelers grant VST permission to use their likeness unless they request otherwise in writing.
Vermont Ski Tours acts solely as an agent for its travelers, arranging transportation, lodging, meals, rentals, lessons, and lift tickets. VST is not affiliated with any hotel, resort, or transportation provider and cannot be held liable for loss or damage to personal property or bodily injury. All pricing is subject to confirmation of a group‑specific quote and may change based on availability.
By booking or participating in a Vermont Ski Tours trip, each traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Tour Conditions and Legal Disclaimers.
