Some of the hotels we use for our youth groups provide uniform security guards Friday and Saturday night. The Holiday Inn in Rutland also has security cameras to monitor the hallways. This way the chaperones can feel more secure while their youth groups are in the hotel. Please ask us for more details when booking your trip.
A special rental form will be filled out with all rental skiers on the bus the day of the trip. This form eliminates the renter from waiting in line at the mountain to fill out a rental form. The group rental form also saves the renter from leaving a deposit or identification. This helps the renter spend less time in the rental shop and more time on the slopes.
Every skier will receive a trail map on the way to the ski area so skiers and snowboarders can plan their day in advance.
Your lift tickets will be counted in advance. You will be given them as soon as you arrive at the ski area.
The price of a weekend bus trip is based on 45+ paying passengers per charter bus at a cost of $75.00 per person. If there are less than 45 paying passengers on the bus, a surcharge will be applied for the empty seats: 40 paying skies add $5.00 per person, 35 paying skiers add $10.00 per person and 30 paying skiers add $20 per person. Group organizers receive one free trip with every 20 paying skier. With organized high school groups we provide one free trip for chaperones with every 10 paying students. A $400.00 deposit is required for a group reservation. $100.00 per person is due 30 days before the trip. The balance and rooming list is due 15 days before the trip's departure. There are no refunds within 30 days of the group's departure.
